Clearance, Floor Model, Sample, and Consignment items are NOT returnable.

Special Order items are NOT returnable.

All other items may be returned within 14 days in their original packaging and unassembled, but are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Customer is also responsible for any/all shipping costs.   This includes any/all shipping promotions that may have been applied to the order.
